We always aim to respond to enquiries as fast as possible but ask you to allow up to 5 working days when we’re very busy. Rest assured that your enquiry will be picked up and given our full attention as soon as we are able.


If your enquiry requires a quote visit from one of our experienced contract managers, we will book you an appointment that fits your schedule. Our quotations are free and without obligation. This is how it works.

  1. A Contracts Manager will visit you.
  2. They will talk through your requirements, give any advice possible, and collect your project’s information.
  3. Once they have left, please allow up to five working days for your quotation to be completed and sent out to you via email.
  4. Need it sooner? Just let the team know at any point, and we will try our best to minimise your wait.
  5. Once you have received your quotation, you will have the option to accept the quote with the click of a button.
  6. Got a question? There is also the option to leave a note on the quote. Pop your question in there, and your contracts manager will reply as soon as possible. Alternatively, give us a call on 01524 571421 to chat with a team member.
  7. Once you have accepted your quotation, your contracts manager will be back in touch to schedule all aspects of your project at times that work for you. We tend to schedule jobs weekly, so please allow up to 5 working days for us to contact you.
  8. Depending on the size of your project, we may ask for a deposit before making an initial booking. If this is the case, your contracts manager will make you aware and raise an invoice for you.


We don’t like to keep people waiting. That’s why we are constantly working on ways to streamline our scheduling process. Your contracts manager will offer you a start date for your project as soon as possible. We tend to schedule weekly, so please allow up to 5 working days to hear from us. If you need to change this appointment for any reason, you can email us or call us to rearrange it. We will keep working until we have a timeslot that works for you!

Please be aware that life as a Zebra can be unpredictable, meaning we may need to change your appointment slightly from time to time. We will always ensure we communicate with you and find an alternative timeslot that works around you and your schedule if this is the case.


During Your Project

At Zebra Electrical, we are so proud of our team of electricians and apprentices. We are a company that believes in allowing our team to grow and develop, and we know that every Zebra is proud to be a valuable part of who we are. Below is a list of what you can expect from your Zebra Electrical team;

  1. Utmost care for you and your property
  2. Thorough verbal and written communication throughout
  3. Professional staff in company branded vehicles and workwear (you can’t miss us!)
  4. Professional and knowledgeable field staff, experienced in delivering projects such as yours
  5. All areas are left clean, tidy, and safe at the end of each day.
  6. Upon completion of each stage of the project, a written report is left with you with helpful information filled out by your engineer.
  7. Once each stage of your project has been completed, the job will be handed over to your contracts manager, who will be in touch regarding the next phase of the project, whatever that may be. We tend to process handed over jobs weekly, so please allow up to 5 working days for this.

We fully appreciate that plans change, and sometimes the project we initially came to look at can look different to the project we end up working on. Likewise, electrics can sometimes throw a curveball once existing wiring has been exposed, meaning the project has to be approached differently than planned. That’s why we developed our variations system, to make sure these changes don’t stop the progress of your project. This is how it looks;

  1. Please inform your Zebra electrician or contracts manager of any variations you would like to make
  2. Your Zebra Electrician will include details of any variations on a form, which will be handed to your contracts manager
  3. Using this information, your contracts manager can make any adjustments necessary to invoices etc


As NICEIC Approved Contractors, we have full scope to provide any certification necessary to accompany our work. Here’s what to expect;

  1. Your Zebra electrician will fill out the necessary certification on-site, using company supplied tablets.
  2. The relevant certificate will be synced to the cloud, meaning the company’s Qualified Supervisor can check, authorise and sign it.
  3. Your certificate will be sent to you via email and a building control notification if required.
  4. Please allow up to 10 working days for your certification to be sent to you. Need it sooner? You can email us or call us to ask one of the team, who will be happy to help.
